That's not how it works. If you are trying to raise money, you will give due diligence access to potential investors so they can understand what they're getting into. The investors certainly don't go to the ASX asking for answers on specific companies.

Having been involved in capital raises, this one really looks to have turned to crap. You only extend when you are really struggling to raise funds. Hopefully they pull through and my investment doesn't go to zero ...
