So what happened here in essence? Has Jody Dahrouge made a complaint to the ASX about the announcement and wishes to distance himself from the claims within it? And has Metalstech admitted breaching the rules by not seeking his written consent? Or is someone else methodically coming after Metalstech for it's handling of the cobalt debacle from the beginning and establishing the facts? There have been no questions from the ASX yet regarding disclosure to the market over the legal challenge to it's claims at Cancet, this action is purely about the cobalt projects.
Are there any potential penalties for this breach Metalstech has admitted in this announcement and called an oversight? And are we waiting for a reply from ASX Compliance to this admission or is this replacement announcement the end of it?
Is having Quinton Hills now sign off on this at such a late stage as the "internal competent person" acceptable to the ASX? is Quinton Hills still an employee of Metalstech now, I thought he had resigned, and does it matter that he was not an employee of the company when the announcement being questioned here by the ASX was released to the market and therefore had nothing to do with it's preparation or analysis of the information contained within it prior to publication in it's first incarnation in 2017?
