Someone mentioned on another thread that certain geologists related to our cobalt projects hadn't been paid and that was the reason the company never received assay results, as officially announced by MTC, for drilling conducted in them last year in that debacle of a campaign which was halted halfway through.
Keeping that in mind and reading this announcement again it seems likely that this is related to that because firstly we have a question from ASX about Jody Dahrouge and whether his or her written consent was sought, and then we have queries about our financial situation.
Therefore if geologists from the cobalt campaign do indeed have what they consider to be unpaid bills for Metalstech for work the company contracted them to perform but we don't have the funds to pay them we might be very close to trading while insolvent.
That's the most logical angle I can see from analysing this query from the ASX.
