Scarily easy to de-list and even though it forms a black mark against the overseers - the market has a short memory. The list of creditors here is somewhat unkown IMO as we have read/heard of pending and on-going actions. These will not go away with a delist and the directors will need to answer to these but to date this crew seem to be masters at deceit and avoidance - Pure Teflon with hides like Rhinos.
