    MTC hasn't been paying bills, anniversary payments as per the court action against us in Vancouver and we didn't even get assay results returned from work we contracted geologists to perform at Cobalt, also ex staff have had to take legal action to attempt to recover what they believe they are owed by the company. Why would anyone rush to pay us?
