If you don't know about the legal action lodged against MTC in BC courts Vancouver, I wouldn't be surprised as it hasn't been sufficiently disclosed to the market yet, over a year later. If you want to read the details you have to visit the website of the court, pay about $20 and download them. Essentially the details are that MTC did not pay a tiny final anniversary payment to the vendor of the claims where we have succesfully drilled excellent lithium intercections, by the due date, and the vendor has seen an opportunity to try for a bigger payment. I can't post the court documents here, the website doesn't work properly on my phone but I can email the text to you if you like.
