    The details of the legal action against MTC are substantiated by the documents lodged by both the plaintiff and MTC at British Columbia Courts. They are available for $20 from the court to anyone willing to pay the fee. All you have to do is search for Metalstech and pay, then you can download them for yourselves as many have already done and the details have been widely discussed on this forum over the last couple of months. Many here have already obtained their own copy
