This is actually a fascinating response.
In effect, EM1 is above board... there's no reason that the Miggster launch can't still go ahead and make a butt load of money. The only relevant question in the whole query from the ASX is if EM1 are affiliated with Crowd1. And they've categorically stated they're not.
So... if TIM are using Crowd1 to push the pre-registration numbers... its at this point in the game, a win win situation.
