They skirt around it. Badly.
They basically hide behind TIM, if you read the response. TIM, however, seems to be a hastily constructed shell, established sometime in 2020.
EM1 continue to mention Miggster as *their* platform. Clearly it is not. Miggster has been promoted by crowd1 for at least 12 months.
EM1 can keep trying to place some distance between themselves and crowd1. They speak as if crowd1 has been engaged by TIM as simply a marketing tool. Uh-uh. That’s not how this has gone down.
