email marketing research disagrees. 20-25% of total conversions your gonna get from that are in the first hour after send and it falls off fast... not days after send.

its not a very effective outcome by the stats listed no matter how you slice it to be honest. plenty of research out there about email marketing to benchmark against with less bis then posters like me on HC tho and they should adjust immediately and if they don't SH should get grumpy at management asap if not already.
