You have asked for a logical explanation - we gave you one and it is plausible.
ASX to receive documents that are not for market release. You now acknowledge that they (ASX) could have access. Then if that is to be true then it is in the hands of the ASX for release.
Is that a possibility? and if so, then topic has no further legs until further information is presented.
