They don’t need to, Crowd1 could sue these organisations if they wanted to but they haven’t.
There is no international court to oversee these matters so it would be the local courts.
The SEC has also given them a permanent cease and desist order banning them.
They also haven’t lodged a defamation case against the BBC calling them a scam, they talked about doing that a month ago but nothing as yet...
