    Don't have your hopes up. ASX will now respond back with appropriate corrective action for DOU to take and DOU may reject it if they want to protect the Mondello's family blah blah blah, this could drag on for a long time. The easiest is kick Bert out and have the Mondello family to buy back the shares at the last closing price =)
