well now, that is a lot to digest. pretty basic errors on their behalf, you can't just rack up bills over the years and not list them as liabilities in your p&l's because it would threaten the companies solvency then award yourself tax free shares to the full value of the receipts that you never tendered. given the BOD has experienced accountants, business leaders and ex asx staff l wouldn't have thought they would have tried something like that.
