This reads like one long joke. Every time you look into one of these investments there's a personal connection to someone at AIY. Seriously this fund was just about paying themselves and their friends, or trading shares for services for their other businesses and interests.

They didn't even try to hide it. Go to https://www.authorisedinvestment.com.au/... Click on the Board... Google the chairman Ben Genser... The first website that comes up is https://thebelgravegroup.com.au/index.php... Scroll down... It's built by Strike Marketing... The same Strike Marketing AIY invested in.

Now go to the Strike Marketing web site, the link is right there on Ben Genser's site... http://www.strikemarketing.com.au/ Does this seriously look like a business that is experiencing an 'organic growth in activities?' The site describes itself as 'a Creative advertising agency, graphic designers and corporate identity specialists,' yet looking at it I don't think anyone working there has any idea about any of those things. And no wonder it looks outdated... The site hasn't been updated since 2013!!! Seriously check the date at the bottom. And AIY saw this as a legitimate investment that was supposed to drive share prices up?

And it doesn't stop there, this was just an observation made within THREE clicks!
