If the aim of recent announcement for another foreign listing is access to anxious Chinese funding money then its Hong Kong you go to, not Singapore.

ipso facto, Singapore is nicer place to live in compared to Hong Kong.

And according to the CFO's response to a query a few days ago, he was on holiday. Singapore???

I think its time the shareholders proposed a resolution for a Board spill, replaced the Directors and the new Board replaced "key personnel".
