Lol...looks like the asx read my posts from a few weeks ago. The only thing they left out was how do they justify a 1M wages bill for two people with no company income. But hey... Apparently you guys think raising money to pay wages is fine.
How can anyone here honestly spin this into good news? The ASX is concerned about solvency and you guys are celebrating the use of the word 'further'! The company is flat broke. They do not have 4.1M as is suggested by other posters. By end of June they will have under 2M.
They do not have enough for an acquisition (which is getting less likely by the day) without another CR or coughing up millions of dollars worth of shares.
Mega loads of risk with CMY....
