It says in the recent ASX query they had $1.1 million in cash. Do you not just remember that the company raised $3 million in cash less than a month ago? How do you suppose otherwise?

1.1 + 3 = 4.1 million, simple math

If you read the announcement, you will see that CMY's operations will NOT BE AFFECTED by this MM transaction - hence another CR / share transaction is most unlikely given the excellent cash position they are currently in.
