If BCC wanted this deal to happen ASAP, then, it would have already happened. CMY is nothing but a vehicle for directors to extract fees from shareholders funds. No income, no profit and no deals in the last two years except for their last try at MM where they loaned $500k and got back $250k, so, a 50% loss of $250k from a simple loan? be very careful investing in CMY.
