Absolutely, depending on the fall out of April 6 we might be able to ask at the next AGM..? We need to see where we sit after this bun fight pans out, making false and misleading statements or mis-representations is illegal with the ASX, to which I'm sure Mr ASIC are going to be asking about...' CAD imo had their own in house bun fight that got away from them... thankfully he's gone and hopefully there's something left to salvage...
