incompetance yes but who holds the blame - sure CSD board have to have some but the incompetance doesn't have to be all with them.

not trying to defend but looking at alternatives . I didn't have a back up bank for my last mortgage and I hope the ASX doesn't need to keep digging as I'd prefer funding to come through and then we can go forward .
