First up , lets mkae it clear. Shui-Chiao did not sell his XPD shares.
He own shares in a company, that own XPD shares. He then transfer those company’ shares to his son, he did not sell the shares. At no time did these shares get sold to the public, excep for 7.2 millions sold or gifted earlier in the year.
Shui-Chiao did not know that he have to notify the ASX if he transfer his holding in a non ASX company to his son..
Like i say earlier, 7.2 milllions shares (gifted) is a very small amount. Probably gifted to a relative or a mistress.
