It would be a simple reply by the ASX to confirm whether the funds are accessible or not. I guess we will find out if there is a follow up from the ASX and they will finally take action or if they are just going through the motions.

There were numerous please explains from the ASX when there was a volume spike as the appendix 3b's were sold on market before the 3b was announced but nothing was ever done. They seem pretty poor at regulating the market at times.
