How many shares outstanding? From memory about 2.5 billion, that's Billion with a BIG B? 50M, even 70M, you won't get 10-20% of the register when there are no substantial holders. Even Levinson only holds about 95M, add another 70M only gets them to 6.4% but yes would be considered substantial, and yes you would need a few more days like that if it's the same buyer? I don't think Levinson is doing that. Next largest holder 2.55%
