I am always conservative Opel. Obviously the SP would be governed by the content of any contract especially with regard to earnings. Very speculative whether the earnings from any contract if consummated would be sufficient to drive the SP in many multiples from where it sits today. And yep, past history certainly playing a big part in the lousy SP. Form guide always play an important part of gambling.
