Yep. Was 14 Sept should have been 24 September.

I am surprised they did not ask the question they may have intended to ask. The market clarification on 30 August 2010 stated:

?For clarification, the Company will not be entertaining or considering any issue of new shares in CuDeco near the current share price. The Company has approximately $34 million cash with zero debt.?

The share price on that date ranged from 2.03 to 2.24.

Yesterday the company placed shares @ $2.

Therefore the statement by Wayne on 30 August was blatantly misleading.
