Why hasn't there been a resignation yet?

I ask this for one reason only - all the company money spent buying shares at much higher prices.

The recent announcement stating that no money would be raised at current prices makes this question doubly poignant and valid!

How can the board see this as acceptable behaviour?

ps I really did not mind the buyback in the context of a great JORC to come and share price defence against predatory BOTS but both of these arguments have been thrown out - comprehensively ie Azure says no big investors on board, JORC way below expectations
