I hope they lock him up.
It would not at all surprise me if this capital raising has been made for his benefit only ie. effectively a friendly party who won't vote for his dismissal from the board.
All this talk of stabilization of the share price is complete rubbish. It would be cute if the new investor turns around and burns him by taking a profit. Its been done many times before. ie. the Malaysian incident with RAU a few years ago.
