    Why is it a pre-requisite to be a shareholder or to "attend meetings", to have knowledge of this company or to have an opinion for that matter? Isnt ALL information disclosed to the "Market" by way of announcements?

    After seeing the "games" being played by CDU management over the past weeks/months, I would consider the ownership of CDU stock to be a distinct disadvantage to a portfolio and I AM considering the future direction of this company.

    Caveat emptor is an appropriate sign off for this post!
