    it was @drchips,

    "The fact that a photo is dated 12th May is of no concern to me. Thats a Friday. Chances are, it was taken on a digital camera, later uploaded to a PC somewhere then emailed to Australia, management probably didn't get that photo until coming into work on Monday morning... at which point they spent Monday and Tuesday preparing an announcement, while simultaneously dealing with everything else they deal with."
