    If BPG cannot raise capital, we will not open again and if we did open, lots of dilution imo

    BPG - Get it sorted and reach agreement with Soar to start trading again.

    I would much rather lose 50% of my shares in value than lose the lot.

    NCR - BPG may be in a similar position later this year waiting for a court decision that could send the share up substantially.
