It really needs a statement from the company saying that they will not invest anymore money into the HML mess(and will take steps to unwind their current loan without exercising the call option) and they will stay clear of unlisted assets. That along with a statement of what they currently hold and an audited NTA to give people confidence that their money is safe in BHD.
