this is a chinese job advertising website of which BoLeTong is a registered member. From that page looks like they are hiring new people and the ads are up to date.

The content in this page seems relevant to what GMedical is doing, e.g. personal/family medical/doctor services/visit (with fees) and encourage more to join/register (nationwide scale), security of the collected medical data etc. etc.
Sorry I can't verify this WeChat page as i don't have an account in WeChat (but will try to look further later) but I believe the first two pages are the real BoLeTong's chinese webpages.
Just don't know why they didn't put effort in that boletong.com website.
