It shows the change in share ownership of top holders from the end of December 2017 to the end of March 2018. There could of course be other reasons for it but Hwazon Investments shareholding increased from 139.76 million as of the end of December to 144.5 million. Again I haven't looked into the reasons but i'm really not sure if it was an open market purchase. There's hardly a lot of transparency around this firm.

And they haven't submitted a change of substantial holdings form??

Also I believe ASX rules allow 15% of shares to be issued without shareholder approval; so in theory could issue shares to substantial shareholders for whatever services provided in China.

Has the total issue capital increased to March 2018 ?? I have not checked but just keeping an eye out ..
