I've had a look and the number of shares outstanding have been stable since October 2016. at 237,371,190. In the latest financial report the number remains the same as well.
In the 'directors report' section in the latest annual report , it states the three owners that fall under Hwazon Investment (Zhirong Hu’s, Sanzheng Zhang’ s and Ping Jian) own 139,759,568 shares and that was as of the date of the report. Then further down the report on page 68, under the section "Additional Information", it says " BNP PARIBAS NOMINEES PTY LTD , benefit to Hwazon Investment Limited" own 144,498,204 shares.
According to the Reuters report, the change in the ownership number occurred sometime in March.
I'm not really sure what i'm missing here.
