Secondly, the AGM is coming up, so this transfer of funds takes the pressure of the directors at the AGM. It proves that if they wanted to pay dividends they can (but they wont).
It wouldn't surprise me if, once the funds have been deposited in an Australian bank account, that they don't immediately get repatriated back to China.
