Originally, TikForce were a platform that was matching contractors to employers and verifying credentials/Police checks etc.
They also had an asset and vehicle management platform in TikTraks (look at the Min-Trak acquisition)which rounded out their offering but they then decided to focus solely on verification.
In an ever crowded market, you need a differentiator, IMHO.
