I notice 2 glaring issues: 1. the responses are not a unanimous...

I notice 2 glaring issues:
1. the responses are not a unanimous Board decision.... ONLY the Chairman and Managing Director have approved.... what is blowing in the wind????
2. the announcement papers used used to have a quotation, in red print in the bottom right-hand corner:
" Tell the truth, or someone will tell it for you"
- Stephane Klien.
These last two documents lodged do not have this quotation......
At least they have done the right thing as they obviously cannot abide by telling the truth.
Shareholders now know the qualities of their Chairman and Managing Director!!!!
