I would say mgmt getting mildly annoyed with ML based on this comment.   

"...The Company has now advised Mr Langford and Airguide that they are to cease making any comment on AVZ, its projects or operations on social media of any form and if they do their agreement in place with AVZ will be immediately terminated..."


If they did terminate ML/Airguide where would that leave them with regards to the Chinese connections.   A Catch 22 it seems they would not be able live with him or without him?   He would still have a decent shareholding though.

A little more unneeded uncertainty ... unfortunately which could have been easily avoided with some self restraint on ML behalf perhaps.  

Better still get him on the board and let him handle Public releases as he seems th have a knack for PR.  The old adage if you can't beat them join them. ?
