To get prosecuted by ASIC I think you'd probably have to go to their offices, sign in under your real name, walk into the boardroom during a Monday morning staff meeting, shoot someone, film yourself doing it, upload it to their Youtube channel, handcuff yourself to the boardroom table, give them a full written confession, and even then I think they'll be lenient because it's your first offence and you're being cooperative. You'll likely get a small fine and an ASX notice that says it's not price sensitive.
