    "The only issue I can see that ASX & ASIC have with ISX at the moment is with the performance shares & whether there was any financial massaging going on to get them across the line..".....you may be right but "financial massaging" is misleading and improper at any time, more so when it may be happening within a wannabe neo bank hoping to meet all regulatory requirements required of it imo.....
