These attachments are obviously confidential and sensitive may be barred from release due to pending litigation or court proceedings. I believe the reasons for the drop has been explained in these attachments.
Opinions are just that. We can only wait. The worst is all performance shares will be cancelled to our benefit and governance be strengthened.
