Ann: Response to ASX Query Letter, page-313

Anyone noticed that the press are all commenting on the response but no one is going outside what has been stated in the announcement albeit being quite cautious in their response

just wondering how do other companies estimate their guidance on how they state what their predicted income will be when reporting to ASX and their shareholders - I would have thought that they are estimates on what they expect from their customers?
