I think the ASX just needs to work through the data now. They have asked for revenue splits by customer (not disclosed) in question 2. This will validate either way any questions or concerns regarding issuance of the performance shares. Remains to be seen if the ASX will accept ISX at its word. I would think that any further inquiries would require a forensic audit. This remains the outstanding question to me.
KAB timing of the announcement is debatable and at worst they missed by a couple of weeks. Slap on wrist.
