Is there maybe a protection for ISX due to any court proceedings with the companies that ASIC sanctioned so as that they do not negatively impact SP of ISX? Specifically the ones that ISX was involved with, in some way to rub ISX off the drawing board?
Just my thought with everything that has transpired and thought I would throw it out there.
