if ASIC doesnt suspend a license, then why would ISX be expected to stop servicing an AFSL holder?
Its the responsibility of ASIC to enforce the law.
Where would the line be drawn ?
Do we stop doing business with people we dont like the looks of?
People we disagree with?
Stop serving all the downrampers, if they come to our place of work?
Arent there laws against that?
