As if OM would employ you. Don't flatter yourself. My deleted post never suggested that I thought you were a paid or honorary employee of OM. As if....
----moving on----
According to a statement OM gave to ASX in March 2019 (1) below - OM's report distribution is only to institutional investors [subscription based? or perhaps similar to Motley Fool's? - target based? hoping to lure others to pay for information???]. You cannot determine the basis of OM's report distribution strategy or policy from OM's website.
We know OM have distributed their 10 Sept 2019 report to AFR - as AFR mention it - AFR quoted below. (2) below
(1) OM’s response [below] was to AN 'OPEN to ALL' INVITATION for comments re ASX listing rules_March 2019

TIMELINE
Ownership Matters Report
There is a previous online article in a 9EC publication. Reporter is quoting the OM report. Online article no longer available freely via Google search etc.
Then - 12 September 2019 – 6:32 pm Financial Review stating they have ‘sighted’ the Ownership Matters Report
Title of AFR Article: iSignthis plunges on governance concerns
Author/s: Vesna Poljak, Yolanda Redrup and Jonathan Shapiro
AFR Headline and opening statements 12 Sept 2019:
iSignthis plunges on governance concerns
The key architects behind $1 billion ASX payments darling iSignthis were the recipients of a stock windfall worth more than $500 million at this week's prices, but the difference between collecting this award and missing out came down to just $1,347 in revenue.
Once the award was claimed, iSignthis' top-line subsequently crashed the next half - a fact pointed out in a widely discussed governance report amid huge interest in the stock.
My comments: The article contains misleading and ambiguous journalistic statements and personal opinions. The publisher and the journalist/s have used unverified and/or incorrect information or a combination of both. Information could have been verified prior to publication by: viewing readily available ISX announcements on the ASX and/or contacting ISX direclty.
Source of information for AFR and SMH media articles – the OM report of 10 September. OM did state to ASX their client base is institutional investors, not the media (reference OM's statement to ASX March 2019).
13 September 2019 – The ‘drive-by assassination’ from OM reported by * and subsequent SMH/AFR reporting:
https://unauthorised investment adv...covering-after-a-drive-by-from-advisory-firm/
* re ISX - the company was not invited to comment by Ownership Matters during the drafting of the above report, and to date has still not received the report from Ownership Matters itself,” Todd Richards, iSignthis cosec, said in reply.
----
ISX's response upon learning of the OM 10 Sept report - a report ISX had not been contacted to comment on prior to OM's release and OM distributed their report freely/and or by subscription to 'many' other parties (but not ASX or ASIC obviously).

Look at OM's disclaimer - not legally possible. OM think their disclaimer gives them the right to publish whatever they want and without regard to accuracy or reliability. What was the motive, why the distribution of their report to 9EC media, how did some HC posters receive it? Are some HC posters, institutional investors? Unlikely? So how did they receive the report prior to 9EC/AFR notifying us of the existence of OM's report?

Then this ANN - 17 Sept 2019 – ISX ASX ANN re Ownership Matters report –
https://www.asx.com.au/asx/statisti...amp;asxCode=ISX&timeframe=D&period=M6
____
I am aiming to research more closely the period 10-13 Sept - OM report, impacts of, known parties OM distributed to - e.g. AFR and obviously the fact that OM's report was then shared with SMH, The Age and other 9EC publications etc. Am hoping to have Wednesday afternoon/evening available. I am considering sending the results of my retrospective search re OM in relation to ISX to 'other parties' including Senator Jane Hume. Not sure how much of it I will be allowed to post on HC. Someone had mentioned that an earlier HC thread re OM had been deleted entirely, months after the thread had been created.
What was the primary cause of the suspension of ISX share trading? The Ownership Matters report - obviously - given ISX's ANNs and responses to ASX questioning to date.
Who is responsible for the share price trading volatility? Was it not the release and distribution of OM's 10 Sept 2019 report? its impact? and who did OM freely or by way of paid subscription distribute their 10 Sept 2019 report to ---- which obviously included sending the unverified report 'freely' and directly* [or indirectly] to 9EC's media journalists - AFR J Shapiro. Within 13 minutes of JS's AFR article, C Kruger SMH was also reporting on ISX basing his opinionated/defamatory articles on the content of OM's report. Was there any other collusion with hedge funds et al etc? That is what ASIC need to determine by way of examining ASX's trading data for ISX from 10 Sept to 2 Oct 2019.
* I say directly, as JS from AFR would not have had permission to quote sighting the OM report in his publication unless there had been mutual consent.
