    Totally agree

Except, thats not whats happening here

The Company has stated that there is an s674 investigation (ie continuous disclosure), per its disclosure on the 11th October:
    1. Is ISX (or any of its subsidiaries) currently the subject of any regulatory investigation, review, audit, assessment oraction in any jurisdiction?
If the answer to this question is ‘yes’, please provide full details
      .

Yes, on 8th October 2019 ASIC issued a notice to produce certain books in relation to the Company’s compliance withits Continuous Disclosure obligations under s674 of the Corporations Act. The Company is fully cooperating with ASICin this matter.

ASIC has to presume innocent until proven guilty, per their own guidance (see RG73). It did so with the Royal Commission on Banks, and it continues to do so as it lays criminal charges on Commsec.

A s674 investigation doesn't come anywhere near that level of seriousness.

We can speculate, but, it could be anything from ASIC investigating Ownership Matters and their causing the volatility, to almost anything except what you claim, as if the Company stands accused, then natural justice, due process and procedural fairness would require ASIC and the ASX to state the accusation, compile evidence, and then justify it to a court.

Thats how these things work. ASIC and ASX cant just suspend on the basis of an investigation, if that what was going on.

I note also that from the above company statement, the investigation commenced on the 8th AFTER the suspension on the 2nd?

How do you reconcile that with ASIC investigation into company caused the suspension?

Ill bet its Ownership Matters about to get screwed, as they have been 'useful idiots' to the shortsellers for too long
