Ann: Response to ASX Query Letter, page-942

Just received an email from Chris Northwood, as I have stated before seems this is far from a one way process.

"Unfortunately, we really don’t have a clear idea of the timing for the suspension at this stage. We are working closely with both ASX and ASIC to resolve the issues they and us have asked to be looked at.

When we can, we will update the market accordingly. We are not in a position to make any announcement about the “process” at this time either, unfortunately.

In the meantime, we are happy to have been able to report additional strong operational business results in the quarterly released the other day, which shows positive cash flow, cash in the bank and strong growth.
