So basically ASX had no actual specific issue to suspend over originally, & now is fishing for anything it can use to justify it.
All these questions could have & should have been asked in single round & been dealt with, yet they are constantly dragging this out.
Regardless if ISXis has done wrong here or not, surely the way the ASX has gone about this isnt in the best interest of the market or shareholders, nor does it, in my opinion, live up to the ASXs obligation under section 792A(a) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cwth). " to do all things necessary, to the extent that it is reasonably practicable to do so, to ensure that each of its licensed markets is fair, orderly and transparent." Absolute sh$t show
